Simone Brown - Loneliness

Loneliness is a bad thing
It can let us land in the wrong hands
Its only going to break you down
And make you feel like a clown.

You give out an open hand
only for them to shut you down
and all you are looking for is someone
to let you sing out loud

I know the world is not full of shut doors
But that is all that i seem to be around

The shapes around oneself is for us to shape
them for oneself

So its time to open one door for ourselves
and don't let the loneliness shoot us down
