A man in love is like one near a bright light
He can only see what the light illuminates
What he can’t see is the part covered by darkness
Sometimes light’s brightness blinds you
You can only see what the light wants you to see
Only those away from the light see clearly

A man in love is like a drunk man
He can’t see clearly
Neither can he walk steadily
He speaks louder than is necessary
But he can’t tell the difference
Only those who are sober can tell the difference

A man in love is like a fly trapped in a jar of rotten fish
It feels happy in every way
It never sees the reason for getting out
It has food, shelter and a breeding place
But its not aware that its trapped
And will never know freedom

Such is a man in love
He uses love to justify all the silly things he does
He puts himself last and his woman first
Everything she does is right
She is the most beautiful of them all
No one can match her in anyway whatsoever
Only the observers know the truth
