Description
Sometimes a small act of resistance can go a long way, as Bilqis Hijjas found out. On Merdeka Day three years ago, the dance producer released yellow balloons at an event attended by the then Prime Minister and his wife. For this, she was charged under the Minor Offences Act. The case was finally put to bed last week.
