Sikurada Re Triler with Nirosha

Designed for pure entertainment, the new musical show “Sikurada Re” on Derana aims at letting viewers spend an interesting evening with their favourite singers and musicians. Giving fans a long awaited glimpse into the personal and professional lives of their favourite stars, this show will feature different celebrities performing a variety of their own songs and songs of other favourite artists. The stars, who will be joined on set by their families, mentors and friends, will also discuss the stories behind their careers and hit songs. Sikurada Re a two hour musical programme to be launched on 19th September, will be hosted by the newest star of the silver screen Pubudu Chaturanga and feature Nirosha Virajini as its first guest star. Music for the programme will be provided by young maestro Dinesh Subasinghe (of DRC fame) and his orchestra “Friends”.
