Silence is betrayal....

So let your words be heard in every corner of the world, Let your actions reflect what's deep in your hearts, Let your hands work for the ones who need the help and let your feet walk to the path of war for the weak... Because even though you're far from where they are, just let them know we're here

So why doesn't anyone listen when she asks to be covered
So called Muslims who raise their fingers when their eyes should be lowered
Are they to be called men or should they be named cowards
So many messages but no one seems to forward

What about the little boy who's sitting face to face with the enemy
His forced to watch his father while his fathers beaten brutally
It's in a matter of seconds when his labeled an orphan
Raised as a prince and left on streets alone to walk on

Where is their justice and where are their rights
What are nations talking about when women are left to fight
Why debate on things that are so clear to see
They call him a president but a tyrant is what he'll always be

I mean why should a father see his daughter be stripped from her dignity
Where are the muslim leaders when our sisters are calling for equality
Why are we still not intervening with this atrocity
Why isn't anyone speaking out against this war on humanity? ! !
