"They must be mad", is the often-heard response to the sight of sidecar racers in action.
This documentary attempts to show that the problem is not madness but mainly a lack of funds restricting the provision of even more sporting entertainment. On a more serious note, this film, made by Richard Skelton - himself an occasional racing passenger - is a comprehensive look at British sidecar racing in the early 1980s. There's plenty of good action and interviews including the late ex-World Champion Jock Taylor, plus interesting studies of how they manage to round corners so quickly on three wheels!
