the skies are gray,
the lights are dim,
the memories are fading with you.
i remember,
bits and pieces,
but somehow, it all fades.
i smile, i remember.
your hugs,
your smile,
your warmth,
your heartbeat.
the memories come,
flooding my mind!
the lights turn bright,
and the skies turn light,
and i am remembering!
and all i have are
Memories..
