When all seem lost
When whole world seem to suffer
When even the golden sparrow
Sung melodies of sorrow
I wrote of sorrows
I wrote of loss
I wrote of suffering

As a tear finding its way to the world
Rolling down to the ground
I saw it reflect a light
My eyes looked for what was around

They blinked before they searched
And in that moment of darkness, in that blink
Was the end of long sorrowful darkness.
Darkness that kept me alone, hidden and empty.

My eyes opened and focused
They focused on the light
And in that light was where i saw happiness
I saw life, i saw myself
And in that light i saw you

When all seem lost
When whole world seem to suffer
When even the golden sparrow
Sung melodies of sorrow
I found you
And now i write of love
And now i write about you.
