Shreaded Shoulder Routine- Personal Trainer Micah LaCerte

Try my 4 exercise shoulder routine. Takes about 20-30 minutes if you hit it hard. Start with Smith machine or regular straight bar, do a warm up set then over the next 3 sets increase weight with the last doing something 75% max for 5-8 reps. Next go into a suppersetted bent over lateral raise to reg. later raise seated on a bench. The next exercise will have 3 variations. The first a regular overhead alternating arms, the sencond alternating arms arnold press, last palms facing each other alternating arms.
