Professional yoga instructor Dana from Hong Kong and Filipino dance teacher Johnny want to prove you wrong. Both fell in love with pole dancing after their first try and are now dedicated practitioners. Because it requires a massive amount of strength and muscle control, pole dancing is really a sport and a great form of exercise.
