Would you be okay if your AC at home, in the car, and at work couldn't go below 20°C or above 28°C?
I hit the streets of Delhi to find out. The temperature was over 40°C, felt closer to 50 °C but that didn’t stop people from sharing their take.
The Indian government is considering a new rule to standardise air conditioner settings between 20°C and 28°C. The government says the move is aimed at cutting electricity use and managing India’s growing energy demand.
