Do I have the right to choose my death? Recently, the whole world heard the plea of a Chilean teenager suffering from cystic fibrosis, asking her president to allow her to die. This past March, France passed a "deep sleep" bill that permits doctors to sedate terminally ill patients until their death?and many have called this bill legalized euthanasia in thin disguise. The number of countries that have legalized euthanasia is growing, but still others staunchly maintain that euthanasia disrespects life itself. Do we have the right to choose to die? Should euthanasia be legalized? This week, Shooters asks, "Euthanasia: Can I choose to die?"
