When you look into the eyes of A soldier you will see pride, and sometimes emptiness.When you look into his heart you see his family, and all that he stands for.
Then you search deeper, and look into his soul.There you will find the pain of all the things he saw.You will find fear for what he had to go through.You will find the agony for the guilt he feels for what he put his family through, and you will find misery for the fallen soldiers.
The ones who didnt make it.The ones who lost their lives.This will forever lay on A soldiers mind.His heart feels heavy, and broke.He feels that there was something he could have, or should have done.
He feels broken, and incomplete.He just feels so weak.He drops to his knees, and silently weeps.Let not forget those who died, who didnt make it home.Lets give them our love, and hold them close to our hearts.For the fallen soldier is why our country is still home.
