Shinde's comment based on facts: Congress

Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has stirred a hornet's nest at the AICC conclave in Jaipur, seemingly threatening to derail Rahul Gandhi's agenda. Commenting on the nation's security issues Shinde said, Hindu terror is promoted in RSS and BJP camps. He even claimed he had a report that stated the RSS was breeding terror. He lashed out the RSS and BJP for some terror attacks while blaming minorities. Congress leaders are of the opinion that Shinde's comment must be based on facts.
