Shilesha Johnson - my ability to live

this is only going to make us stronger
and in the future ill be able to look forward
but right now i just can't
how can i expect anyone else to
when i don't even understand
everything just happened so quick
and it felt like when i lost you
i lost my ability to live
i felt so weak
i felt like there was no way i could be
i felt as if my life had been taken away
because you were my everything
and that still remains
and i know that yours does somewhere too
i can't see it now
but i know it still do
