Shifts in consumer behaviour expected to stick, despite inflation easing

Cost-of-living pressures are expected to ease slightly this year with inflation now sitting around three-point two per cent. But recent shifts in consumer behaviour are likely to stick around for some time with new ways of spending becoming a force of habit.
