Actor Shia LaBeouf, best known for his roles in the "Transformer" movies did not enter a plea on Friday (June 27) after being charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.
LaBeouf, 28, was arraigned on five charges in the tiny, packed courtroom at a Manhattan Court after being arrested on Thursday evening.
The actor was taken into police custody inside New York's Studio 54 during a performance of the musical "Cabaret" after allegedly disturbing the performance and using obscene language.
Former child star and tabloid talking point Lindsay Lohan is due to star in the West End production of David Mamet's Speed-the-Plow, according to media reports, as she continues a concerted effort to make a comeback, following years of controversy antics off screen.
Lohan was once one of the most sought-after young actresses in Hollywood.
She has been to rehab six times.
