In a small town
Everyone knows your name
Everyone knows your business
In a small town
Word gets around
Rumors fly
Some talk, others whisper
More stare, some look away
Gossip is the game
The favorite pass-time
Feelings get hurt
Feelings get spared
But even with all this
I'm proud to say
This is MY small town.
