I find
oases in strange places
spot
the jewel inside each fool
catch
the drift in every rift
embrace
the gold in words untold
observe
the hidden lining shining
grasp
the smile beneath the guile
locate
some gain in every pain
lick
the cream in every dream

but I cannot
seem to see

the good in you
