Fingers trace my lips.
Kind, strong eyes search for permission.
Silently I agree.
Wanting to scream it
so the whole world can hear.
YOU, YOU, it's always been you.

Excitement surfaces.
Raw passion is unleashed.
Breathless.
Fervent kisses.
Tongues exploring.
Teeth tug on my lips
which tremble with desire

Knees buckle beneath me.
Falling towards the floor.
You catch me.
You save me.
A burning fire within me
threatening to spill
from every pore.

Every sunrise.
Every sunset.
Every breath.
Every day.
It's always been you.
