Subsequenlty Mrs. Jones was arrested, served 10+ years for the incident and ordered to never live with Mr. Jones again. During the time Mrs. Jones was incarrcerated, Mr. Jones was fought for her freedom from the outside, paying for appeal after appeal to no avail.

The judge who ruled over her case (Jude Douglas Pullen), is alledged to be a racist unjust judge.
