Shanghai hotpot features Oreo cookies

A Shanghai hotpot restaurant is adding new layers to the definition of “fusion cuisine” with a dish where Oreo cookies are boiled in green tea and durian soup. The dish seems to be in response to China’s long-standing obsession with hotpot mixed with a growing hunger for new culinary experiences.
