It took time to say
To say an easy word-hello
Days went on,
And so were the nights,
Each passing day,
You were by me,
Smiling and trying to talk…..


It took time to say
To say an easy word- hello
I never said back to you,
And ignored as you came,
Smiles faded, but still
Your love was not jaded


It took time to say,
To say an easy word-hello,
I never thought I will say,
But something in me made me talk,
And yes,
You was still there
Waiting to speak,
With a loving smile….


It took time to say,
To say an easy word-hello,
And now I came up with it,
Love blossoming,
And blooming in seeing your face,
The smile that’s so prominent
The love in you which was so dominant,
And yeah- I said it…


But is this what called time and fate? ? ?
I said hello and you came up with something
Expected something loving,
But alas! It was a bye!
When we decided to join
Time had its own play!


Now again wanting to say hello,
Watching the roads,
Waiting for your arrival…….

'never wait to say things- cause
Time and tide waits for no man! '
