Shadow Rai - Lately

Lately my heart’s been feeling heavy,
my chest is tight,
my ribs they tremble
Lately my stomach turns food into payback,
my back will not bend,
my joints remain achy
Lately I wish to move on past this world
my thoughts aren’t my own
my soul rests in limbo
Lately I’ve left myself weakened and raw
my strength, it’s diminished
my corpse lays imperil to attack.
