Shadow Brexit Secretary attacks "groundhog" negotations

Labour's Sir Keir Starmer MP ,Shadow Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, spoke to the Royal United Service Institutes about the implications of leaving the EU. He called the Government weak and was pursuing 'groundhog' negotiations. He promised Labour would reset negotiations and work towards closer shared institutions and said transitional agreements would be made on terms already in place with Britain as an EU partner.
