SFIO targets 148 brokers
Description
The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) last week filed a winding up petition against IBMA, which was one of the brokerages involved in the NSEL transaction. The report also points out charges of misrepresentation and defrauding against 148 brokers.
