Severed head found in California double murder case

The head of Samuel Herr, 26, was found in a Long Beach park two days after police found an arm and hand. A neighbor, Daniel Wozniak, is accused of killing Herr, and Herr's girlfriend Juri Kibuishi for money. Wozniak is alleged to have shot Herr before dismembering his body and then murdering Kibuishi after summoning her with a text message sent from Herr's phone.
