Watch the painful moment a woman sprains her ankle while attempting to leap over a man’s back during a trail outing.
Olivia filmed the clip showing Leonora O'Brien, from Madrid, Spain, running up and jumping over her friend, but as she lands, her foot twists awkwardly, causing her to stumble in pain.
Later in the video, close-up shots reveal the extent of the injury, with her lower calf and ankle covered in stripes of purple bruising from the severe sprain.
The footage, shared on TikTok, gathered more than 7.4 million views and has drawn sympathy from viewers who winced at the painful landing.
Leonora said: “I was about to do a 5-hour trek with friends when on our way there (literally 25 mins in) we started goofing around.”
“Jumping over each other and when I did I fell on my foot and it bent as shown.”
