Severance Pay Questioned
Description
Infosys has revealed that the company has paid Rs. 23 crore as severance pay, and other benefits to former CFO - Rajiv Bansal last year. This has drawn criticism from proxy advisory firms and analysts. Experts say that an outgoing CFO getting an unexplained sum does not reflect well on corporate governance.
