Serial rapist returns to Malaysia
Description
Notorious serial rapist Selva Kumar Subbiah arrived in the country on Tuesday morning. He was deported to Malaysia after serving a 24-year prison sentence for sexually assaulting dozens of women in Toronto, Canada.
