Senate panel recommends plunder raps for Binays

The Senate Blue Ribbon Subcommittee recommends that Vice President Jejomar Binay and Makati City Mayor Junjun Binay, along with some officials to be charged with plunder. This is in accordance with the issue of the alleged 'overpriced' Makati City Hall Building 2.
