Senate Hearing on Product Safety

Sen. Claire McCaskill asks Nancy Nord of the Consumer Product Safety Commission about lack of funding. Nord is hesitant to answer. Sen. Bill Nelson answers for her at the end that she cannot ask for funding because of restraints by the White House Office of Management and Budget that do not allow her to ask for more funding.
