Sen. Guingona: No problem with Iqbal's alias

For Senator Teofisto Guingona, MILF Chief Negotiator Mohagher Iqbal's use of an alias is not an important issue and should not hamper the peace process.

Guingona says it is "faulty" to use laws or legal concepts on somebody, like Iqbal, operating beyond jurisdiction of the state.
