Semi-automatic Press Capping Machine

The King mini Press Capping Unit is ideal for small scale production having been designed for use where plastic containers require either stabilising snap-on bottle closures from the top, or press-on caps and Duma tamper-evident style closures. It is supplied with a 3 metre length of sanitary conveyoring or can be easily retro fitted to most types of existing conveyor by a direct flange mounting. A hand operated vertical adjustment unit caters for varying bottle heights and an angular adjustment to the overhead drive allows easy setting for different pressing heights. A variable speed drive ensures correct speed matching with the host conveyor. This machine is well suited for companies producing multi vitamins, supplements, prescription drugs, capsules, pills and dragee where limited space is available.
