DESCRIPTION :

This printing unit is electrically operated by ¼ H.P. single phase motor through a gear box. This unit is most useful for cartons or bigger labels and the output speed of 40-50 impressions per minute can be obtained and is most suitable for OVERPRINTIG LABLES, CARTONS (plastic made paper made or laminated ), POUCHES etc. for printing details like "Mfg. Date, Batch No., Expiry Date, Retail Price,Ingredients,Logos " etc. The unit is supplied with composing block where the printing matter is composed with printer's types. The maximum printing area (size) of composing block is 5cm x 7cm. The unit is supplied with complete kit i.e. printer's type, ink etc. Output 40 to 50 impressions per minute depending on operator. This unit is useful for FOOD, CHEMICAL, PHARMACEUTICAL, AUTOMOBILE PARTS, READY MADE GARMENTS , ELECTRONICS AND OTHER INDUSTRIES .
Machine comes with a set of metallic letter set which can be composed to form any text matter, ink tube.

It is Electrically Operated and foot Switch is provided to 'ON' or 'OFF' the machines as both the hands of the operator remain free in convenience of feeding and discharging the Labels/Cartons/Bags.
