Semenya remains in high spirits

Caster Semenya's middle distance running career is in serious jeopardy. This after the Swiss Federal Court rejected her legal team's latest appeal. Semenya's team was looking to set aside the World Athletics regulations, which govern the testosterone levels of female middle distance runners. The ruling means Semenya will not be able to defend her 800 metre Olympic title. Caster Semenya's lawyer Greg Nott spoke on this.
