Selina Gurgacz - I Wish

I wish that I could wish upon a star.
A star so bright, that would be delightful.
It shines so bright, that the whole sky is as bright as day.

I wish I could have a friend.
A friend that is always there.
A friend who cares and is kind,
And someone that you can trust.

I wish most hopefully that my wishes will come true.
And some day, just someday, they might come true.
