Security Guards Play Cone Flipping Game

Two bored security guards were seen playing a game of flipping cones. The workmen were stationed outside a mall in Mandaluyong, Philippines, and were supposed to be patrolling the area when they were seen playing the child-like game in the early hours of the morning on August 27, 2018.
