Security guard harassing journalists: Case reclassified under Penal Code

The police have reclassified investigations on the alleged harassment of two journalists by a security guard.

According to The Vibes, this was confirmed by Kuala Lumpur Criminal Investigations Department (CID) chief Habibi Majinji.

Habibi told The Vibes that he personally reclassified investigations after going through the facts.

He said investigations will now be conducted under Section 160 of the Penal Code, which criminalises those involved in an "affray".
