Seattleites now legally flying high

Drug use is illegal in the United States and can carry a prison sentence under the federal law. For years, millions of US tourists have flown abroad, to places like the Netherlands, to legally smoke marijuana. Now, recreational users won't have to cross the ocean to enjoy a legal high. They can go to Seattle, Washington, where, as Rob Reynolds reports, voters have opted to make the drug completely legal.
