Once a venue where former Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi addressed the nation, bulldozers flatten one of his remaining homes over the weekend.
As Libyans continue to revel in his death, the search for one of his sons continues in border country Niger.
Officials say Saif al-Islam Gaddafi is thought to be headed in this direction... whether he plans to surrender remains unclear.
What the Niger government plans will do with him is also unclear...
Senior officials say the country will honour it's commitments to the International Criminal Court.
Although they're well aware that handing him over could spark uprisings from northern tribesmen who have long considered Muammar Gaddafi an ally.
Human rights workers say the decision should be weighed carefully to protect the interests of the people of Niger.
(SOUNDBITE) (French) MOUSTAPHA KADI, HEAD OF THE NATIONAL COORDINATION OF NIGERIAN HUMAN RIGHTS AND DEMOCRACY BODIES, SAYING:
"If the issue of Gaddafi's son is not handled properly, it could trigger unmanageable situations."
The ICC says they hope to try Saif al-Islam for crimes against humanity.
