Sean Olivia - The Rainbow In The Sky

After the rain, and the sun is out,
Seven beautiful fairies come out to play.
They paint the sky with their magical crayons,
And till they fade, in the sky they'll stay.

Townfolks say there's a pot of gold,
Right at the end of this colourful slide.
So i go downtown to the train station,
But the ticket there is nowhere in sight!

I sit at my bottle-glass window,
And I gaze at that mystical ribbon.
Eventually I could see it,
Fading away like water by the gallons!

Momma, come here, I call,
But she ignored my every cry.
The spread of colours disappears,
No matter how I try.
