Sean de Monfort - The forest

see the cuckoos song harmonic lullaby
smell the fresh air scent grasp your mind
taste the fresh mushrooms aromatic feel
crunch the golden copper leaves on the ground
see the beautiful green pastures from heaven
smell the fresh garlic from the undergrowth
touch the rusty bark of the trees

taste the crunch of iceburg letuce
but all this joy shall soon be gone
for unless we spread more green on the map
we will live in a land of barrens
