A paella like they do in Spain, are you tempted?! To help you make it, we offer you an infallible recipe explained step by step. With it, you'll realize that paella is much easier to make than you imagine ;-) A super friendly dish that you will enjoy with your loved ones on any occasion.
However, a small note: if you want to prepare a beautiful paella in the Spanish tradition, you cannot mix meat and fish! It must be either one or the other. No more mixing crustaceans and chorizo ;-)

Ingredients:
- 14 oz paella rice
- 10 oz shrimp
- 7 prawns
- 1 lb mussels
- 7 oz clams
- 3 squids
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 cups water
- small bunch of parsley
- salt
- pepper
- saffron
- food coloring
- olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
