Also yellow dust will blow in once the precipitation lets up, and we'll be seeing moderately bad air across the entire nation.
Now, let's talk about today's temperatures...morning lows are kicking off a lot higher than yesterday, but highs will go down a few notches and biting winds will make it feel a bit colder than the actual temperatures so dress up warm and have your face mask ready on your way out. Tomorrow morning, we'll have brief cold snap.
Taking a closer look at today's temperatures...Seoul, Daegu are kicking off the day at minus 1 degree Celsius, Gyeongju and Chuncheon at minus 2.
Daily highs in Seoul will be at 3 degrees this afternoon, southern areas will enjoy upper single to double digits afternoon highs.
