School attacks: the Chinese malaise

REPORT - A spate of knife attacks in schools in China, in the last 6 weeks, has resulted in the deaths of 17 children, with dozens more injured… The latest, in the centre of the country last week, saw a 48 year old man kill 7 children, the headmistress and her mother, in a kindergarten, with a meat cleaver, before killing himself… The reason - an argument over the lease for the school
