Watch this breathtaking video of a reef shark on the verge of attacking a diver.
Wade Papenfus, a content creator from Australia, had gone diving with his friends when he encountered the shark.
Wade has been shooting a series where he only eats what he is able to catch in the water.
In that process, he attracted a reef shark, which aggressively swam towards him for an attack.
Wade tried to push it away from himself with his flippers, and the shark circled his position for a few minutes before swimming away.
Wade said: “I should be dead. Middle of nowhere, even a bite from these sharks and I’m bleeding out for sure!”
One of his followers wrote: “Reef shark, they're energetic but harmless, they give me a fright whenever I'm surfing.”
