Scarlett Treat - Scarlet Leaf

The tiny scarlet leaf,
Drifting down...down...
Down at my feet...

Caused me to lift
My eyes and see...
The tree...still full

Of the beauty of
Autumn's glory,
Those Scarlet Leaves...

And they reminded me
That I am one
Of God's chosen ones,

Because I am blessed
Just like this tree...
My life is full of friends.


I wrote this poem, because just today, I have been
reminded of how blessed I am with friends. If I
lose one...then I am still blessed with others, but
I promise you...that one is missed, always. I could
not begin to name you all, but you know I love YOU!
