Scarlet ..... - Will it Get Worse First?

you say things will get better
it just takes time
I believe that
but will it get worse first?
before it gets better
because that is what I fear
I am barely surviving now
for I feel like I am not surviving
I feel like I’m slowly being torn to pieces
for if it first becomes worse I don; t know if I’ll be able to handle it
will there me enough of me left
o will I just be laying in pieces
tossed aside and forgotten
by the time its my turn for happiness
