Take a peak
through the looking glass
do you see my past
distorted through the glass
you no longer see the delusion
of my hidden past
you see the truth
completely let loose
the pain leading me to
tying my own noose
all the blood I once shed
the millions tears I’ve shed
my soul beaten and bleed
the little girl completely mis lead
hidden and lost
in her own pain filled den
you keep searching
to find those happy moments
hidden in my past
look hard, look close
not one do I have to be found
search until you can not last
there is not one
held within my past
